SFER Duke University

Students for Education Reform is a nationally-recognized organization committed to reducing the achievement gap in our nation's schools. This will require changing public opinion and enacting policies that benefit all children and teachers, rather than just the few. And that's where you come in. As college students, we might not have the resources to fix this problem ourselves right this minute, but we do have a voice--and a loud voice at that. We have the ability to raise awareness, to advocate for the voiceless students suffering under a broken education system.

We believe that the achievement gap is an unacceptable social injustice that will only be righted by moving away from the status quo and towards innovative, dramatic system-level reforms. If you feel the same, please like our page and join us in our efforts!
